近年、インターネットの急速な普及に伴い、「ネットワーク」という言葉が世の中に浸透してきました。インターネットの時代になって、ファイル交換ソフトウェアハッカーの侵入データ破壊、データ改ざん、データ漏洩などが問題となっています。

このような状況では、有効な対策を講じなければなりませんが、必要な安全対策が進んでいないのが現状です。私たちの目から見ても「本当に安全なネットワーク」というものは、まだまだ手の届かないものです。官公庁（防衛庁、警察庁、内閣など）や行政機関において、機密データのハッキングが申告な問題となっています。

いつでもどこでも情報を送受信できるので、インターネットのアクセスはとても便利です。

しかし、現在のインターネットでは、ハッカーがシステムに侵入してしまうと、防衛設備（ファイアウォールシステム、セキュリティシステム）があっても意味がありません。

前述のリスクの加えて、大量のデータが都市部に近いデータセンターに保存されています。

自然災害の多い日本では、大きな地震が間もなくやってくるといわれています。それは明らかです。

自然災害、特に大地震と火災がデータセンターを襲った場合に何が起こるかは、明確かつ容易に予測できます。

ここでは、インターネットで避けられない問題を一気に解決する「第二のネットワークシステム」を解説しています。

In the recent accelerated spread of the Internet, the word "network" has become very popular in the world. In the age of the Internet, file exchange software, hacker intrusion, destroying data, data falsification and data leakage have become common problems.
